    This cream is a boon. I am sure that inhaling it as you massage (or rub) is also soothing and helpful.
    I also use this cream under the occiput, and at the sides of my neck. I think it is relieving my fibro. Congratulations, URICAH!!…because this is one more person not using diclofenac. Thank you.

Directions

Apply a fingernail amount of cream to the affected area and start by gently massaging around the joint. Slowly increase pressure if possible. Repeat as needed no more than 4 times per day.
