    Hello I gave the cream to my Son Inlaw who was in pain with his knee. He is also on your capsules but I have told him to go on 2 x 2 a day. Directions

Apply a fingernail amount of cream to the affected area and start by gently massaging around the joint. Slowly increase pressure if possible. Repeat as needed no more than 4 times per day.
