    I only use the cream at night time ,i apply it to my knee which it gives me some relief , only concern i have is the price , you suggest using it 4 times a day .The jar wouldn`t last a week and would end up being very expensive over a period of time ,
    Increase the jar size and keep the price reasonable you might be on to something .

    My husband finds it helps a lot this is the second jar and the lids on both have cracks running right down the side doesn’t close properly so need to put it in another container was hoping second one wouldn’t be the same ? don’t know why this is.

Directions

Apply a fingernail amount of cream to the affected area and start by gently massaging around the joint. Slowly increase pressure if possible. Repeat as needed no more than 4 times per day.
