Important Delivery Updates

Hello!

I just wanted to give everyone an update with regards to COVID-19 and the impact it is having on some deliveries.

In short, we’re still taking orders and they are still being delivered.

Orders & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse.

The economy (free) delivery service via NZ Post and Australia Post may see delays of up to 3 weeks on top of standard delivery timeframes.

This is due to Australia Post facing reduced flights, reduced staff and record parcel volumes. These delays are outside of our control.

It is recommended to use one the Expedited or Express delivery service if you require time-definite delivery of your order.

No refunds will be provided for delayed orders using the standard, free delivery option.

Cleaning & Sanitary Practices

We’ve always followed strict cleaning and sanitation protocols and these have been amplified in response to COVID-19.

All of our stock is manufactured in state of the art, clean, FDA approved and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities in the United States.

When shipping boxes arrive into our warehouse, they are disinfected even though the likelihood of transmitting the virus via surfaces is extremely low.

Stock is kept in the original shipping boxes until an order is processed, reducing unnecessary handling.

Is It Safe to Receive My Delivery?

Our delivery partners (Australia Post) are conducting contact-less deliveries. No signature is required, and parcels will be left in a safe place at the delivery address you provided with your order.

We’re staying up to date with the latest changes regarding COVID-19, particularly those from health and government departments.

If anything changes in regards to the availability of stock or the delivery of orders, those updates will be reflected on this page and elsewhere on the website as necessary.
